 Thirteen students proudly received their GED diplomas at the YouthBuild Quincy graduation ceremony yesterday, the Patriot Ledger recently reported. Before they joined the program in October of last year, they were high school drop-outs who lacked opportunity. Today they're graduates with a promising future. State Senator John F.
