New Legislator Briefing

January 20, 2011-YouthBuild students and graduates from Boston, Brockton, Cambridge/ Chelsea, and Quincy gathered at the State House to brief newly elected Massachusetts state Representatives and Senators on the mission and impact of MYBC programs. Three offices were represented, and our legislative host, Second Assistant Majority Leader Patricia Haddad (D-Somerset), urged her colleagues to make funding MYBC programs a priority. The MYBC thanks all legislators that were able to attend on what was a busy day at the State House.
