Just-A-Start YouthBuild Cambridge/Chelsea Graduation    

February 18, 2011-The YouthBuild Cambridge/Chelsea Class of 2010, alongside family, friends, and staff gathered at Christ Church in Cambridge to celebrate their achievement. The Class of 2010 included 10 graduates (four with honors) and 8 program completers. All graduates and completers received AmeriCorps Education Awards and completed over 26,000 hours of service to their community. Their main construction project was 203 Prospect St. in Cambridge, which is a model of energy efficient building practices and will be forever set aside as affordable housing. Dorothy Stoneman, President and Founder of YouthBuild USA, and John Bell, Vice President of Leadership Development for YouthBuild USA were in attendance. The MYBC congratulates the Just-A-Start Class of 2010 and wishes them good luck in their future endeavors.
